Kilotrained Athlete

We have athletes with goals of making the Games. We have athletes looking for an extra edge in local competitions. We have athletes with an hour a day to train. We don't want excuses. We want effort, When you sign up, you will be provided a coach that you can contact as much as you like in order to get the most out of this program. We promise to give our everything to your success, but we can only do so much. It is up to you how far you want to go.

Gymnastics

What Our Endurance Classes Look Like Each endurance class starts with a warm-up paired with movement prep to help prime your body for the workout of the day. After the group warm-up, the coach leads the class through a longer, cardio-based workout. Programmed by our world-class programming committee, these workouts are specifically designed to complement our fitness program and build your aerobic capacity. We use bikes, rowers, kettlebells, running, and more to put together fun and exciting workouts that take up the majority of the hour-long class.

Strength

We offer a 13 week offseason program with a very intense focus on strength. Coach Austin Nedelcoff designed this program for the athlete looking to almost solely focus on strength. You do not need to be at your fittest year round. We also offer an in season strength cycle that saw massive results, specifically in the back squat and front squat. This program has running, rowing and gymnastics progressions built into it. It is designed to allow you to incorporate daily conditioning pieces into it as well.

Nutrition

Kilotrained Nutrition is an immersive coaching plan to focus on becoming the best athlete you can be. Work with Coach Zack King to unlock your next level of performance with a combination of coaching, live calls, and communication support.

Individualized Programming

This program will allow for your program to be tailored specifically to your goals, schedule, and training environment. Step one will be a call with Head Coach Luke Schafer to get to know each other and to get on the same page. You will have one on one meetings monthly and weekly video reviews in order to ensure the programming is doing what it was designed for and to continue to build the coach/athlete relationship.
