Who are we?

Community

Our athletes and coaches want to see you succeed. The amount of support on the SugarWod leaderboards are unmatched. Integrate yourself into the community of athletes and see the difference.

Competition

Compete against yourself. We want athletes to learn how to focus on improving themselves first. Then, if you have competitive goals, you learn how to compete against others.

Mental Toughness

We will have you do things you don't like and/or aren't good at. You will learn to embrace the challenge presented in front of you and attack it with full effort.

Success

We have sent 11 individuals and teams to the CrossFit Games. However, we know very few athletes have the desire/time to aspire for the Games. We have athletes that train from 45 minutes to 3 hours a day. The only thing we ask is for 100% effort and focus with the time you DO have.
